If you encounter issues where, after performing a measurement, your data appears in the AURA App on your watch but is not appearing or updating within the AURA App on your phone, please follow these simple steps:
- On your Apple Watch, open and run the Camera App.
- Proceed to take a measurement with your AURA Strap 2.
- Confirm that the data now displays correctly in the AURA App on your watch and phone.
This should resolve the issue and ensure your measurement data is accurately reflected in the AURA App on your phone and watch.
