We all know that nutrition plays a crucial role in our overall health and fitness. Whether you're trying to lose weight, build muscle, or maintain a balanced lifestyle, knowing what you eat is essential to achieving those goals. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Calorie Tracking Charts (Total Burned, Active Burned, Intake Calories), a brand-new feature in the AURA App, designed to help you monitor and manage your calorie consumption more effectively.
How Does the New Calorie Tracking Feature Work?
- Easily Track Your Daily Calorie Intake:
You can now log and monitor the number of calories you consume daily in the AURA app. This data will be available in the Activity tab and synced from your favorite calorie tracker apps that support Apple Health integration, providing a comprehensive view of your nutrition habits. - Compare Calories with Key Body Metrics:
What makes this feature particularly powerful is the ability to compare your calorie intake with your body composition metrics, such as Weight, Fat, Muscle, and BMI. - New Parameter: Intake Calories
We’ve added a new metric, “Intake Calories,” which shows the number of calories you consume daily. This parameter will allow you to monitor trends over time, helping you adjust your diet as needed to stay on track with your fitness plan.
Why We Built This Feature: Empowering You to Take Control
At AURA Devices, we understand that fitness is about more than just working out— it’s about maintaining a balance between your activity level and your nutritional intake. The more you know about your habits, the better you can manage them, and the more likely you are to reach your desired outcomes.
By introducing this feature, we’re aiming to empower you to take charge of your nutrition, helping you make adjustments that are aligned with your goals.
