• Order Number
• Item Serial Number (found on the sticker inside the device or on the bottom of the box’s backside)
• Order Date
• Item(s) You Wish to Return

Return Label & Item Preparation
• Once our support team reviews your request, we will issue a return label. Please note that only U.S. return labels are prepaid.
• Prepare the item(s) for return, ensuring all tags and original packaging are included. Returns may not be accepted without these.
• In some cases, returning the device may not be required; however, we recommend disposing of the device as it will be blocked and deactivated within 15 days.

Return Processing
• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) within 1-7 business days.
• If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
• If the return is not approved, we will be unable to issue a refund for the item, as well as the shipping and return costs.
