In this guide, you will see how to measure your bioimpedance from AURA Band in AURA Devices App.
After installing the app, follow these steps.
STEP: 1
Open AURA app and connect your AURA Band;
STEP: 2
Go back to the main page. Tap on the green Measure button in the upper right corner.
STEP: 3
Set your weight and tap "next". You can choose the Imperial or Metric measurement system in (Settings > Data > Units).
STEP: 5
Contact the device with the palm edge.
STEP: 6
You should see two blue led flashings on the front of the AURA Band and. Now the band can take a measurement. On the screen, you will see a filling circle.
Follow the instructions on the screen during the measurement and wait for the finishing.
During measuring your free hand should:
1. Contact the device with the palm edge
2. Avoid other direct contacts with body
3. Be clean and not very dry
P.S. Thick hair may complicate measuring. In this case, rotate the device for its inner electrodes being on the palm side of the forearm.
STEP: 7
The AURA Band app displays results.
If you tap on your results, you will see your change progress.
