- Open the AURA App on your iPhone.
- Scroll to the bottom to get more information about your measurement results.
- Tap on your results (hydration level, muscle mass, fat density, etc.). You can see your measurement history for each parameter.
- In the upper right corner, you can click on the question mark. You will see a hint with detailed information about each parameter of your body.
- Hints are also available on the watch dashboard.
- Open the AURA App on your Apple Watch and scroll to your measurement results:
