  1. What is AURA Plus?
    AURA Plus is a fitness service within the AURA App that provides advanced analytics and workout content. It enhances the app’s functionality, making it a one-stop solution for tracking and achieving your fitness goals.

    The AURA App and AURA Plus are compatible with all AURA devices: Strap 2, Strap, and Band.

  2. What does AURA Plus include?
    Advanced analytics and fitness tracking, monthly reports and fitness plan and personalized selection of exercise videos.

  3. Can I use my AURA Device without a Plus subscription?
    Sure. The companion AURA App is available for free on the App Store. Free version comes with everything you need to learn about your body composition. Subscription expands functionality and is there to help you reach your goals in the most efficient way.
  4. Why does AURA come with a monthly fee now?
    AURA App is free. However, you can opt in for a Plus subscription which brings additional features and resources to help you achieve your fitness goals. 
  5. How can I pause or cancel my AURA Plus subscription?
    On your iPhone open the Settings app. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Choose AURA Plus in the list to manage it.
  6. How can I renew my Plus subscription after having a break?
    Follow the same steps as when you subscribed for the first time. The App will prompt you to subscribe upon trying to use paid features.
  7. If I cancel AURA Plus subscription, will I lose all my data? 
    Your measurement history is available both with and without subscription. Therefore, it won’t disappear after cancelling. You will however lose access to in-depth analytics and other functionality provided by AURA Plus. 

  8. When I purchased AURA Strap online, I received a free trial with it. When does this start and end?
    AURA Strap 2 comes with 1 month free trial. Th trial period starts from the moment of registration. You can see how much free time is left in the Apple App Store Subscriptions section.
  9. Can I pay for multiple months of my AURA Plus upfront?
    You can set up monthly payments of $9.99 or pay $79.99 for a year upfront; the later option saves you almost $40. 
  10. I want to give one of AURA devices as a gift. Do I have to pay for my recipient’s subscription?
    No. The receiver of the gift has to set up a subscription from AURA App registered with their Apple ID.
  11. Can I pay for a friend or family member’s AURA Plus fee?
    Yes, you can pay for somebody’s AURA Plus subscription by the means of Purchase Sharing in Apple App Store. Set up is available under Family Sharing.
  12. What payment options are accepted for my AURA Plus?
    We accept all payment methods supported by Apple App Store in your region. You can check this under Payment Methods in the Settings app.
