Issue: AURA Strap 2 Not Connecting or Taking Measurements

Solution: Battery Contact Position Check and Cleaning

1. Remove the Backward Cover: Begin by gently removing the backward cover using the included pick.

    

   

2. Inspect Battery Contact Position: Take a look at your device's battery contact position. Ensure it's correctly aligned.

    

   

3. Adjust the Contact Position: If necessary, adjust the contact position as indicated in the image provided.

    

4. Clean the Battery Contacts: Clean the battery contacts thoroughly. You can use an electronic contact cleaner or pharmaceutical alcohol and a cotton swab for this. Apply a small amount of liquid to the cotton swab and delicately clean the battery contacts.

    

   

5. Insert the Battery: Insert the battery with the positive polarity facing upwards.

    

   

6. Replace the Cover: Carefully place the cover back onto the device and press it until you hear a "click" sound.
