    I finally got mine, but the quality control is not good. One of the bands is falling out. Not okay.

    Customer service is sending me a new one, but who knows how long it’ll take to receive.

    I ordered my middle May, and supposed to get in June 26, I ask them and they didn’t even send, so they said that I should get the tracking number on the June 15 but nothing yet

    Yeah, mine said “dispatch July 15” whatever that means. However, whenever I try to check the status it still says awaiting processing- but my bank account was deducted the day I ordered it (7/5) so I don’t know what’s waiting to be processed.

    I still don't know when my device will be shipped. Supposedly the 15th of July but I have no confirmation on it shipping.  Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

    Today (date 22/07/2020), according to the appointment, will deliver the package number to date 15/07/2020, but after the inspection, the package number has not been found at all On what date will it be delivered or will it be postponed indefinitely and without any compensation?

    Very Sad for the service...

    I ordered the strap in June got an update on July 5th that my order was being prepared with a DHL tracking number. The tracking via trackmyshipment.co has said.

    Package being prepared
    Your order is being processed and will soon be ready for shipping.

    Since. No word from support. This seems like a crowd funding project without it’s actually together. This is horrible customer service. I don’t think it’s a scam I just think it’s a small group of people with what could be great tech in way over their head to run a physical product based company. Tracking was of DHL international with HK (maybe Hong Kong ) in tracking #.

    I hope I eventually get it and it works better than their customer service

    I purchased the aura band July 23, 2018, and have still not received a tracking number, a response to any of my emails to support, or a product. I reported this to indiegogo support, and received an email from the creator saying he would personally ensure the delivery would be made, and it's been 5 months since then and I haven't received the product or a tracking number. What an experience!
