AnsweredThis has been so bad. Device never works. No true support. Battery is dead in two weeks. Followed instructions to the letter. Still is not working 9 out of ten time.

Did you follow the instructions correctly? Noisy environments and the proximity of reflective surfaces (such as glass, bare walls, and mirrors) distort the sound transmission and interfere with the measurement result.

just got the strap today and the measurements always comeback with no connection error. Read and re-read all the instructions and it says the battery is prop dead? within the first hour of receiving the battery is dead...ok switched the battery twice so 3 batterers and it still makes no beep sound when you touch the button and does not work at all. Not the best experience for a new product and not much support you can actually talk to. I have waited almost a month for this thing and will be going to Mexico for the winter in two weeks...how do i get this thing to work or do I just need to send it back?

You just continue to amaze me as i clearly stated above that I leave in two weeks for Mexico (so I can train for my A race the Cozumel Ironman) and it took > 4 weeks to receive the first one. I don't mean to be mean but please tell me you are in recovery or just anything as every time you post you solidify the very obvious which does not represent your company well. Please, I mean really please get some help, or at the very least a mentor that will check your work.
