Mine is giving me the same exact message. Error no connection. I’m about to return and I’ve had it for 30 minutes

I figured it out. The battery was in upside down. I flipped it around and all is well! You have to have the iOS app open when you take measurements too.

Mine doesn't even show a battery charge % for the strap. When I click the button it makes a beep, some weird buzzing then beeps again. Unsure what is going on, any suggestions?

That beep and buzzing is normal. Have the iOS app open and the Watch app open. Click start test and click the physical button on the strap then place the bottom bit on your hand and wait till it hits 100%. The circle turns green and then the results are synced over.

It doesn’t let me set up my goals at all. It measures all the things, but I can’t set any goals. I wore it for 2 days and the app on the watch or my phone never referred anything I could do differently. It seemed really useless, because if I can’t set a goal then the information I get is just like ok thanks now what do I do to reach what I want to accomplish.

I'm getting nothing but the "Put iPhone nearby and run AURA App" on my Apple watch when I connect the device. The Aura app on my phone says "Apps Sync'd", but the watch isn't. There isn't a charge showing for the device and there are no Body measurements showing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the apps like 20 times. Very frustrating.

Hi Zan, to make the app show results, you need to make a measurement by pressing the Measure button and follow the instructions.

I checked the battery and it was in the right way, but only made a short beep. After replacing it with a new battery it worked. It would be great if the battery which comes with the product is actually ok...

I keep getting the “Put iPhone nearby and run AURA app” message on my watch when trying to sync everything. It says the apps are synced together on the iPhone app, but yet does not let me measure since it’s not setup on my Apple Watch. It also doesn’t show the charge percentage for the battery as well. How do I get these to sync properly? I did the necessary steps in the how to set it up video

Hi Michael Salomon, to get battery charge level and other data you need to make a first measurement, than all the data will be synced.

As said in my previous post, I am unable to make my first measurement because it says “put iPhone nearby and run AURA app”. This message will not go away and it will not let me make my first measurement, therefore data will not my synced. Can you please give better advice?

I too have the same issue as Michael Salomon, my device continues to say “put iPhone nearby and run AURA app” no matter how close I place my phone to my strap. Because of this, I am unable to do my first measurement, is there anything I can do to ensure the sync works to be able to use the strap?

So is there any advice to the issue I listed above? Since I have not received a response in two weeks, I am assuming you do not know hoe to fix the issue. Can someone please advise?

Dear Michael Salomon and Enwongo Okon, please uninstall the AURA App, restart your iPhone and Apple Watch, install the app, and try again.
