    According to AURA Devices Shipping & Returns policy.
    Please, request a return by emailing us at support@auradevices.io, fill the return form.
    We will send you a return label by Email in 3-10 days.
    As for you, you should prepare the item for the return, making sure all tags and packaging are included - we may not be able to accept your return without them.
    Also, your item should not have significant signs of use and do not have visible damages (scratches, for example). Otherwise, we will not accept it and you will not get a refund. Thank you for understanding!
