I just got an aura band but I have to update the firmware before I can use it. Everytime I go to update it the device turns itself off and I can't update it. In all cases the device has been sitting in the charging station and has battery of over 50%. This is really frustrating for me, why does it keep turning itself off??

  I have the same problem. My phone is Android. Could that be a problem?
