I figured it out. The battery was in upside down. I flipped it around and all is well! You have to have the iOS app open when you take measurements too.

Error: no connection
AnsweredAnyone figure out how to make the aura Watch band connect to the phone after a measurement? All i get is the Error: no connection screen with no help or FAQ listen. Any assistance?
